At IMYSEA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.

Order Confirmation

  1. All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by IMYSEA.
  2. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully placed.
  3. Orders may be modified or cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return under this policy.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns for most products within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
  • The return must be approved by our customer service team before the item is shipped back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or final sale items;

Situations Not Eligible for Refund

  3. Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it according to the provided instructions.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team first. Once the returned item has been received and approved, we will arrange a replacement, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error, including receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, IMYSEA will cover the reasonable return shipping costs and provide appropriate return instructions.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or otherwise required by applicable law.
