Do you ship to my city?

Our sales market is in the EU，Canada，and U.S. Contains almost all states, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We will ship the package within 2-3 business days after confirmation of orders. The delivery time is about 5-10 business days depending on your destination. After the product is shipped, we will notify you. All the products are transported and delivered using USPS, UPS, or FedEx carriers.

We will try our best to ensure that the product reaches you on time, but the emergency may delay delivery. In this case, please don’t worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you.

Are there any shipping charges?

All products are free shipping and include customs fees.

How do I track my order?

Click the “Track My Order” button at the bottom of the website to make a query. If you can’t track your package by the tracking number, don’t worry, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

* Please contact our customer service representative within 1 month of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
