- Imysea only accepts returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- For all returns, the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
- If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.
- All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include custom orders, personalized orders, digital content, prepaid cards (including third-party gift cards), gift packaging, opened consumable items, completed services, etc.

Return Process:

- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and unused condition. (If the tracking number is still not provided after the package is delivered, we will reject your package and cannot give you a refund).
- Most returns are processed within five business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue a refund to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email or a confirmation message.
Shipping charge:
- Under normal situations, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- If the return is requested due to receipt of a damaged or incorrect product, the website shall bear the return shipping cost and provide the return label.
Refunds are not available for the following circumstances.
