Our sales market is in the U.S. and Contains almost all states, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We will ship the package within 1-2 days after confirmation of orders. The delivery time is about 3-7 days depending on your destination. After the product is shipped, we will notify you. All the products are transported and delivered using USPS, UPS, or FedEx carriers.

We will try our best to ensure that the product reaches you on time, but the emergency may delay delivery. In this case, please don’t worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you.

Are there any shipping charges?

All products are free shipping and include customs fees.

How do I track my order?

Click the “Track My Order” button at the bottom of the website to make a query. If you can’t track your package by the tracking number, don’t worry, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

* Please contact our customer service representative within 1 month of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

At Imysea, we offer high-quality products at affordable prices. In rare cases, a customer may want to exchange or return the order; If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return most items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, or other additional charges. The request for the same shall be guided by Imysea, RETURN & REFUND POLICY as detailed below.

Order Confirm

All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by Imysea. A confirmation email will be sent once you’ve completed your order. Remember, you can’t cancel or modify your order if it has been processed or shipped.

Return/Exchange Conditions

(1) Return/exchange deadline

You need to return the item within 30 days of the Confirmed delivery date.

(2) Return/Exchange Conditions:

1. Imysea only accepts returns and refunds within 30 days of delivery.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
5. For all returns, the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
6. If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.
7. All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other non-returnable purchases include custom orders, personalized orders, digital content, prepaid cards (including third-party gift cards), gift packaging, opened consumable items, completed services, etc.

(3) Information required to apply for return/exchange

You need to provide your order number, the reason for the return/exchange, and clear pictures.

Return Process:

1. Please get in touch with Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and unused condition. Please ship the return parcel within 30 days and give our customer service the return tracking number. (If the tracking number is still not provided after the package is delivered, we will reject your package and cannot give you a refund).
3. Most returns are processed within five business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue a refund to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email or a confirmation message.

Shipping charge:

• Under normal situations, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• If the return is requested due to receipt of a damaged or incorrect product, the website shall bear the return shipping cost and provide the return label.

Refunds are not available for the following circumstances.

• Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e., providing the wrong shipping address at checkout).
• A delivery email will be sent after the parcel is delivered. If you didn’t receive the package, please contact us within ten days. Imysea is not responsible for missing item(s) after 10 days of the delivery
• Refunds or cancellations are not accepted after the parcel has been processed or in transit.
• We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.

Refund Process:

• Most returns are processed within 5 working days after we receive your package and carefully check it. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account. After the refund is successful, the money will back to your account in 1-3 working days.
